IskiMedia is a media aggregation platform that provides a unified interface for accessing publicly available streaming content. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers.
01. Nature of the Service
IskiMedia (a subsidiary of Iskify360) operates strictly as a media aggregator, interface provider, and routing engine. We do not host, broadcast, or transmit any of the live television feeds, videos, or audio streams available on this platform.
All content is streamed directly from third-party broadcasters, content delivery networks (CDNs), or public APIs. IskiMedia provides a unified Graphical User Interface (GUI) to access publicly available routing endpoints.
02. Content & Advertising
Because we do not host the streams on our servers, IskiMedia has absolutely no control over the content, scheduling, or advertising displayed within the video players.
- Any advertisements shown during broadcasts are injected by the original network providers. IskiMedia does not profit from these specific ad placements.
- IskiMedia does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy of news, opinions, or media broadcasted.
- If a stream goes offline, buffers, or becomes geo-blocked, it is due to the source provider's infrastructure, not IskiMedia.
03. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, channel names, and broadcast properties belong to their respective rightful owners. IskiMedia utilizes publicly available embed codes, open HLS (.m3u8) stream URLs, and official APIs to index content for user convenience under fair use principles regarding link aggregation.
"If you are a copyright owner or official broadcaster and wish to have your channel's routing removed from our directory, please contact the Iskify360 legal routing team for immediate removal."
04. Limitation of Liability
By using the IskiMedia interface, you agree that Iskify360, its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
This includes, but is not limited to, data consumption charges incurred by your ISP, device malfunctions, or exposure to objectionable content resulting from third-party streams. The platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
05. Takedowns & Reporting

Issuing a takedown request to IskiMedia will result in the removal of the link/interface from our platform only. Because we do not host the content, a removal from IskiMedia does not remove the content from the internet, the source server, or other third-party aggregators. To permanently remove content from the web, you must contact the original hosting provider or broadcaster directly.
